Limited edition giclee reproduction of the original encaustic work of art Poseidon’s Letter No.1. The original painting is for sale at Galerie Elektra located in the Bay Area. Each minimally retouched reproduction is printed on 100% cotton rag archival fine art paper using archival pigment ink. Image size is 19 x 14.75 with a 2″ border for easy framing if you choose to use a standard 20×24 frame. I recommend, if not museum grade glass or plexiglass, a UV conservation glass or plexiglass option to filter out UV rays that can damage art work.
Poseidon’s Letter No.1 is one of three encaustic paintings about the sea and the time I spent as a child looking for seashells, playing in the surf and finding sand dollars. The giclee reproductions are just as lovely as the original. Each limited edition print is signed, numbered, dated and includes a certificate of authenticity.
